7. Ethical Conduct & Conflict of Interest

• Members must uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all APTSD-related activities.

  It is strictly prohibited for any member to:

  • Engage in private arrangements, negotiations, or partnerships using APTSD’s name, platform, or network without prior written approval from the organization.

  • Contact other members, partners, or affiliates for personal financial gain or benefits under the pretext of involvement in APTSD.

  • All collaborations, projects, or agreements must be conducted transparently and through official APTSD channels to maintain trust, accountability, and alignment with our mission. APSTD is not responsible for, nor does it endorse or support, any deals made outside official channels.

8. Termination

• Membership may be terminated for:
  • Violations of this agreement
  • Disruptive behavior
  • Non-engagement with APTSD initiatives

9. Amendments

• APTSD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
